How does your Woodworking Course compare with learning from a textbook?

This Woodworking Course is designed to be both an effective learning tool for
woodworking and also to provide graphic instruction of the woodworking subject.
This course has interactivity built-in, to assist the student in understanding the
course material. The student is able to advance at his/her own pace, and determine their
understanding through feedback in the Question & Answer section of each lesson.
Many different aspects of woodworking are covered in the Course, eliminating the need
to purchase several different books on each subject.



How long will it take to complete the Woodworking Course?

The course duration varies between individuals. We have had some
customers finish the different modules in the course over a period of days.
Other customers complete the course modules in a different order, depending
on their needs at the moment. It is expected that a beginner to woodworking
finish the course in 2-3 weeks allowing for time to build a basic project.



Will the Course benefit an individual who has been woodworking for a while?

The course will benefit both the novice woodworker and someone at the Intermediate level.
A wide ranging selection of woodworking techniques are covered, adding value to
your existing knowledge. Many technical details of woodworking are explained,
therefore providing you with a well-rounded knowledge of woodworking.
Advanced joinery techniques are discussed for the more advanced woodworker.


What steps do I follow after completing the Woodworking Course?


It is recommended to complete at least 1 -2 projects The projects selected should
be basic in nature, and should be modified to suit your needs.  It is important
to develop practical experience in woodworking, and we advocate spending quality time
in the woodworking shop. You can alternatively, complete the first half of the course, build a project,
and continue with the remaining modules. This is sufficient in providing you with the skills to
begin building a project of your choice.
